The short version: if you give us your email address, we send you the book news you asked for. That is all we do with it.
Black Petal Press LLC publishes the Poison Chef and Eternal Pursuit series by RGB Gray. You can reach us at hello@blackpetalpress.com.
Your email address — and only if you type it into a form on this site. That is the entire list.
We do not ask for your name, your address, or your date of birth. We do not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. This website sets no cookies of its own.
One thing worth naming: this site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see your IP address when a page loads. That is standard for most of the web, but it is true here too, and we would rather say so than not.
To send you what you signed up for:
Nothing else. No unrelated offers and no advertising. Occasionally we tell you about a review-copy collection that other authors are part of, so you can take it or ignore it.
We use two services, and neither owns your address — they process it for us:
If you receive one of our books through a review platform — Goodreads, LibraryThing, StoryGraph, BookSirens or similar — that platform holds its own information about you under its own policy, not ours.
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Use it and you are removed — no reply needed, no reason required, no follow-up asking you to reconsider.
We keep your address for as long as you are subscribed. Unsubscribe and it stops being used immediately.
You can also write to hello@blackpetalpress.com and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. We will do it.
Our books are written for adults and this site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we start doing something new with your information, this page changes first, and the date at the top changes with it.
Questions about any of this go to hello@blackpetalpress.com and a person will answer.
