RGB Gray

Dark fiction and quiet wisdom.

Dark, character-driven stories about memory, identity, love, and the things that follow us.

About the Author

RGB Gray writes dark, character-driven fiction that blends psychological suspense, myth, history, mystery, and the supernatural.

Her Poison Chef series opens with Therapy Can Be Murder (20 October 2026), a darkly funny psychological mystery about Clara Hastings, a Michelin-starred chef who shares her mind with six distinct inner voices. When her therapist is found dead in a scene disturbingly close to one she once imagined, Clara has to determine whether she is being framed—or whether one of the things she cannot remember is murder.

Her Eternal Pursuit series begins with Embrace of Apophis (February 9, 2027), an adult dark historical fantasy set in ancient Egypt, where gods, reincarnation, forbidden love, and supernatural corruption collide. At its center is a love that keeps returning across lifetimes—and an ancient darkness determined to follow.

Every book has a beginning

Why Therapy Can Be Murder exists at all — the heroine I refused to make admirable, the question that arrived after her, and the seed the whole book grew from. Written for the first issue of Stories with Teeth.
